My brother is very thin (but he chows on a good deal of junk food) and I ask him how he he can stay slim. Walking is a wonderful activity so there’s no reason you shouldn’t do it.

Consider walking each day since you’ll have a better chance you’ll stick to it, and with the proper diet, you’ll be able to eliminate those extra pounds quickly. If you walk, you’ll also feel healthier and you won’t be deterred by it since it’s not wearing at all, which will make you feel more driven. There should be no way for you to not go walking for a few minutes each day. Even if you have a lot of things on your plate, you can take out 10 minutes to walk around the area, or if you have a gym membership, nip in and do 30 minutes on the treadmill at a slow pace to start off with.
